Privacy Policy

Minacure (“we”, “us”) operates a workforce portal used by nail-salon employees to access their schedule, appointments, timesheet, and related work tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Contact information you or your employer provide: name, mobile phone number, email address.
• Membership data linking you to one or more salon locations where you work.
• Sign-in metadata (timestamps, coarse device information) used for account security and audit.

How we use it

• To authenticate you when you sign in (one-time login codes delivered by SMS or email).
• To operate the staff-portal features you are entitled to use.
• To send transactional messages about your account and your shifts.

SMS specifically

• We use your mobile number ONLY to deliver one-time login codes and transactional account notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
• Message frequency depends on how often you sign in; typical usage is a few messages per week.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For support contact support@minacure.app.

Sharing

• We do NOT sell or rent your information.
• We do NOT share your mobile number, or any other personal information collected for SMS purposes, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Sub-processors that support the service (Amazon Web Services for hosting, compute, and SMS delivery) receive only the minimum data required to operate the service and are contractually bound to confidentiality.

Retention

We keep account records while you have an active membership and for a limited period after separation, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@minacure.app.
